Two Nigerians: Ike Ekweremadu And Wife Arrested And Charged Over Plans For Organ Harvesting

The United Kingdom Metropolitan Police have formally charged Ike Ekweremadu and his Wife Beatrice Nwanneka Ekweremadu over conspiracy to bring a child into the country to allegedly harvest organs.

The suspects are aged 55 and 60 years from Nigeria.

The Guardian UK reports that they are charged with conspiracy to harvest organs reports.

According to the report form the met, the charges involves arranging travel of another person for exploitation, namely organ harvesting.

Also, according to met, the child is in safe custody.
